Whether you buy from your dealer or direct from us, we can give you expert advice to help transform your vehicle and get the very best out of it. For as little as a dollar a week extra on your finance you can transform your ute into the work vehicle of your dreams.
IF YOU’RE BUYING THROUGH YOUR DEALER …
You don’t have to buy the tray the dealerships offer you. You have a choice, it’s up to you. It’s your vehicle and your money. If you feel our trays are better for you and your needs, you should insist on a Tip Top Tray. We have a great relationship with all the dealerships because we build ute trays to suit every make and model there is but we can offer more than a genuine tray. We also coordinate with them when we fit our trays to their vehicles, so the process runs smoothly. And because we work so closely with the dealers you can be sure that the ordering and fitting process and the turnaround time is just as smooth as if your ordering one of their trays, except it’s faster and you get a better tray that’s right for you. Also, down the track, if you need repairs we can do them for you and match your new parts exactly with the originals. So insist on a Tip Top tray. It just makes sense.
How do I buy a Tip Top tray from a dealer?
Either come into our showroom or give us a call and we can advise you on the best vehicle set up for your specific needs or budget. Then we’ll give you a detailed itemised quote for you to take to the dealer to let them know exactly what you want. The dealer will then liaise with us.
Or you can go directly to your dealership and tell them what you need, then they will contact us directly to make the arrangements to order your tray and accessories.
For most Ute fitouts, one of our specialist mobile fitting teams will go to the dealers and transform your ute on-site at the dealership, which is quicker and means no extra kilometres.
Whether you’re buying it through finance, directly with your dealer or ordering through us, we’ll liaise with your dealer to make it all happen and happen seamlessly. So it’s an easy process and you get exactly want you want.
What if you buy a pickup or want roof racks on your cab?
No worries. If you buy a pickup rather than a cab and chassis, you’ll need our Tub Body conversion service, which requires removing your existing tub body and adding a new taillight set. Then, depending on your vehicle type, we may need to remount the reversing camera and sensors..
If you want roof racks fitted to your Ute, it is best to have them fitted prior to the fitment of your new tray, this way we will build your new tray racks to suit the height of your roof racks so your load is always level.

If you’re tired of working out of your vehicle’s tub body and you’re ready for the ultimate mobile carry and storage tray that suits your needs, come and talk to us. We can advise you on the best vehicle set-up for you and build it to suit your vehicle’s make, model and year, and to suit your budget. We’ll give you a detailed itemised quote while you wait or email it through fast. You can also place your order and pay a deposit on the spot with our credit card facilities.

How do I buy a Tip Top tray direct from Tip Top?
If you’re buying direct from us, we’ll ask you for a signed quote acceptance, a signed and completed tray spec sheet and 50% deposit. Then we’ll start transforming your vehicle into the work vehicle of your dreams.
Your tray is built and ready to fit, so what next?
Once your tray is ready to go, our operations manager will be in touch to book a time to fit it to your vehicle. Usually we’ll ask you to drop it off to us between 7am and 8am then we’ll call you when the job’s completed and your vehicle’s ready to go. At the latest, it’s generally between 4pm and 5pm then you’ll be on your way in your newly transformed vehicle. And you’ll be ready to go to work in a vehicle that’s ready to go to work too.
